Loan Cars, Print Job Cards for a day, improved searching plus more
A new update has been released for Dealership Software that includes some amazing new features and enhancements. Here is a list of some of the updates that are included in this update:

The biggest item contained in this release is the loan cars. This is a complete new module that allows you to create and manage as many loan cars (courtesy cars) as you wish.
Once created, there is diary management of when a vehicle is booked out, which customer the booking belongs to, plus manage which job card or booking that the loan car is attached. The system allows you to record details about the loan such as the drivers licence details, odometer when taken, odometer when returned, clean when taken, clean when returned, notes for any damages etc.
If course, you can take photos and attach them to the job card just like you’ve always been able to do. You may want to take photos of the vehicle when the loan starts as a record of the condition of the vehicle. You may also want to take photos of the vehicle when it is returned.
The loan car management system allows you to print out a loan authorisation form that you can get the customer to sign. This can include your own terms and condition. We highly recommend using this feature every time that a loan car is provided as it is an important piece of information to protect you in the even of damage, fines etc.
The Loan Car function is available on the Gold level.
