Ordinary text messages are charged per message and need no add on at all. Two way SMS is the separate piece: a dedicated number, so the customer can reply and the reply lands in the job.
$49 a month. Call forwarding on that number, so a customer who rings it reaches a person, is a further $99 a month. Ordinary text messages are from 11 cents each, bought as credits when you want them rather than as a monthly commitment.
