Straight answer
What we do not do
Manufacturer warranty claim submission is not a feature. The job card gives you the labour, parts and history. Submitting the claim still happens in the manufacturer portal.

Questions powersports dealers ask
Straight answers, before the demo
Does it cover a mixed floor of ATVs, side by sides and personal watercraft?
Yes. Every unit is held on its own serial or VIN with its supplier and true cost, whatever the category, and they all share the same service history, parts and job screens. A dealer running several categories runs one system rather than one per franchise.
Can I sell a unit, a trailer and fitted extras on the one deal?
Yes. More than one unit can go on the one invoice, each keeping its own serial and service record, with fitted extras and accessories on the same deal as parts. A trade-in comes in as its own unit rather than a line on the sale.
Does it run the workshop as well as the sale?
Both. Retail, warranty, internal and recon jobs sit on one screen, parts come off stock onto the job, and technician hours are booked against it, so the service side is measurable weekly rather than at the end of the month. Pre delivery work lands back on unit cost before you discount.
Does it submit manufacturer warranty claims for me?
No. Warranty jobs are raised, costed and tracked like any other job, and the record is there to claim from, but the claim itself is submitted in the manufacturer's own system.
Give it two weeks. We'll help you get set up.
There's nothing complicated about getting started, and you won't be doing it alone. We'll show you how to set it up around the way your dealership already runs, then stay in touch while you find your feet.
