Straight answer
What we do not do
Manufacturer warranty claim submission is not a feature. Warranty work is recorded as a job card, so you have the labour, the parts and the history, but the claim itself goes through the manufacturer portal as it does today.

Questions motorcycle dealers ask
Straight answers, before the demo
Does it handle bike sales and the workshop in one system?
Yes, and the workshop half is the part that is unusually good. Every bike is a unit with its own VIN, supplier and cost. Retail, warranty, internal and recon jobs sit on one screen, parts come off stock onto the job, and technician hours are booked against it, so you can see sold time against actual time.
Can I sell a bike with fitted extras and take a trade on the same deal?
Yes. Fitted extras and accessories go on the deal as parts, more than one unit can go on the one invoice, and a trade-in comes in as its own unit rather than a line on the sale, so it carries its own record and its own history from the day you take it.
Does the service history follow the bike when it is resold?
It follows the bike, not the rider. Every job, part and inspection stays on the unit record, so a bike you sold three years ago comes back in with its history intact and you can price it on what was actually done to it.
Does it submit manufacturer warranty claims for me?
No. Warranty jobs are raised, costed and tracked like any other job, and the record is there to claim from, but the claim itself is submitted in the manufacturer's own system.

There's nothing complicated about getting started, and you won't be doing it alone. We'll show you how to set it up around the way your dealership already runs, then stay in touch while you find your feet.
