Straight answer
What we do not do
Servicing is scheduled by date, not by machine hours. Hours are recorded against the job and kept on the unit record, but they do not trigger the next booking. Worth knowing before you see the demo rather than during it.

Questions farm machinery dealers ask
Straight answers, before the demo
Can I sell a tractor and its implements on the one deal?
Yes. Sell the machine and the implements as separate units on the one deal, each keeping its own serial and its own service record, with accessories alongside as parts. One invoice, one delivery. A trade-in comes back in as its own unit rather than a line on the invoice, so it carries its own history from the day you take it.
Does it run the workshop and parts as well as machine sales?
Both. Retail, warranty, internal and recon jobs sit on one screen, parts come off stock onto the job, and technician hours are booked against it, so you can see sold time against actual time. Parts stock runs on minimum and maximum levels. Pre delivery parts and labour land back on the machine, so the cost you discount against is the real one.
How long does a machine's history stay on the system?
For the life of the machine. Every job, part and inspection stays on the unit record, and the record follows the machine rather than the customer. When a tractor you sold six years ago comes back in on trade, you can see what was done to it and price it on evidence rather than on what the owner remembers.
Does it schedule the next service on machine hours?
No. Hours are recorded against the job and kept on the unit record, so the history is there, but servicing is scheduled by date and service reminders are raised against the unit.
Give it two weeks. We'll help you get set up.
There's nothing complicated about getting started, and you won't be doing it alone. We'll show you how to set it up around the way your dealership already runs, then stay in touch while you find your feet.
