What we do not do
Servicing is scheduled by date, not by engine hours. Hours are recorded against the job and kept on the unit record, but they do not trigger the next booking. Worth knowing before you see the demo rather than during it.

Questions outdoor power equipment dealers ask
Straight answers, before the demo
Does it handle high volume small units as well as big ticket machines?
Yes. A mower going out the door and a compact tractor are both units with their own serial, supplier and cost, and both carry their own service history. Accessories go on the same deal as parts, and more than one unit can go on the one invoice, so a customer buying two machines is one sale rather than two.
Can it run the service side through a seasonal peak?
That is what the workshop half is for. Retail, warranty, internal and recon jobs sit on one screen, parts come off stock onto the job, and technician hours are booked against it, so you can see sold time against actual time weekly, while the season is still running rather than after it.
Will it track parts stock across a wide range of small parts?
Parts stock runs on minimum and maximum levels, and a part used on a job comes off stock and onto that job. Because parts, stock and the job card are the same system as the sale, the margin on the service side is visible rather than inferred.
Does it schedule the next service on running hours?
No. Hours are recorded against the job and kept on the unit record, so the history is there, but servicing is scheduled by date and service reminders are raised against the unit.
Give it two weeks. We'll help you get set up.
There's nothing complicated about getting started, and you won't be doing it alone. We'll show you how to set it up around the way your dealership already runs, then stay in touch while you find your feet.
