Mixed and rural dealers
Selling ride-ons, servicing tractors, taking a boat on trade
One business, four categories and a workshop that sees all of them. DealershipSoft does not care what the unit is, as long as it has a serial and a service history.

Your stock, on the carsales network
DealershipSoft syndicates to the carsales network, which carries the carsales network alongside the other categories in this list. Stock you have already entered once goes out to the listing site without being typed again.
Straight answer
What we do not do
Floorplan finance is not a feature. Unit cost, ageing and true margin are tracked, but the floorplan facility itself is not managed in the system.

Questions mixed and rural dealers ask
Straight answers, before the demo
Can one system cover tractors, mowers, side by sides and trailers?
Yes, and that is the point of it. Every unit is held on its own serial or VIN whatever the category, with its supplier and true cost, and they share the same parts, job and reporting screens. A dealer carrying four or five franchises runs one system rather than one per supplier.
Can I sell more than one unit on the same invoice?
Yes. Several units can go on the one sale, each keeping its own serial and its own service record, with accessories on the deal as parts. A trade-in is taken as its own unit rather than a line on the invoice, so it starts its own history immediately.
Does it do parts and the workshop as well as unit sales?
Both, on one record. Retail, warranty, internal and recon jobs sit on one screen, parts come off stock onto the job with minimum and maximum levels running the stock, and technician hours are booked against the job so the service side is measurable.
Does it manage floorplan finance?
No. Unit cost, sale and margin are tracked on the unit, but floorplan finance facilities and their interest are managed outside the system.
Give it two weeks. We'll help you get set up.
There's nothing complicated about getting started, and you won't be doing it alone. We'll show you how to set it up around the way your dealership already runs, then stay in touch while you find your feet.
